The role includes implementing management information systems (MIS) for performance analysis and control measures, with a focus on enhancing contract sales business through strategic initiatives  Implement and manage MIS systems to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for service operations.  Put in place control measures to ensure adherence to service quality standards and operational efficiency.  Develop strategies to enhance contract sales business by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering client relationships.
