It gives immense pleasure to work in such an energetic and enthusiastic team always searching for updates in service quality. Without such a great team I couldn't be able to achieve a great level of confidence in me. Although its a team game, I am doing the following things as my contribution. • Dealing with front end and Back end customers• Act as a link between Commercial-CS-OPS• Attending customer requests and coordinating with different departments to givesolution• Managing Import and Export Documentation Counter• Handling customer requests for Container movements, De-stuff or Customsprocedures.• Invoicing and Billing to the customers.• Collecting vessel details from Lines/ CHAs /Terminal and upload the same in tosystem.• Responsible for making Tariff / Contract updation in the system.• Co-ordination with IT and Finance for system and process updation.
