The Research and Development Division of Craysol is accredited with several award winning technology in hardware, embedded software as well as in systems programming.Roles & Responsibilities:• Responsible for end to end recruitment process.• Preparing Offer Letter and Welcome Kit for the new joinees and assist them in completing joining formalities.• Responsible for joining formalities.• Handling on - boarding formalities.• Conducting orientation program to new employees.• Background verification of the shortlisted candidates.• Completing joining formalities and arrange trainings for the new comers.• Taking training feedback from the new joinees.• Creating and maintaining the daily tracker, hiring status and new employees joining data.• Attendance and Leave Management.• Handling statutory compliance such as ESIC,EPF, Wage registers• Salary administration and payroll• Furnishing relieving Letter & experience letter.• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.• Conducting exit interviews and employee exit formalities.
