Evaluate the planning schedule and communicate with affiliates to facilitate the system and tools to conduct cycle count activities. Maintain the physical stock matching with system by providing cost effective cycle count process through continuous physical count and wall to wall cycle count for inventory materials.Classify the cycle count process based on inventory movements, coordinate with warehouse, generate inventory documents and start cycle count process (physical and system wise), identify the discrepancies between system data and physical availability of materials and analyze the root cause of that.Submit the discrepancies report to warehouse for validation. Generate variance form for Warehouse Management approval and submit to group affiliates inventory Cycle Count Management for further action.

Handling Warehouse Related operations and Logistics operations in Thiruvananthapuram Area. SAP transactions, SDM (Stock Distributing Module) are using for more clarity in stocks. Monitoring stock movement by doing RST(Random Stock Take) on a regular basic. Doing despatching reports to higher management and acheiving OCT(Order Clearing Target) for getting the points for CFA.Achievement- In history Trivandrum depot achieved Zero variance in last annual stock count (2015).

Handling Central Warehouse Operations for Plugins (3PL- Retail Distribution) (A Division of Al-futtaim Group ) such as mentioned below.Monitoring the stock flow in and out.Conducting the PI Count ( Perpetual Inventory Count ) and minimizing the shrinkage.Training related system (SAP) & Inventory Management to staffs.Monitoring the Logistics (Delevery timings of Trucks).Monitoring problems in system and get in front of buying department related to Article issues & sort it out.Monitoring vendor appointment and make the receving process smooth.Preparing, reviewing and forwarding KPI Reports to Management regarding the Central Warehouse operations.

 Monitoring all warehouse operations, Conducting PI Count (Perpetual Inventory Count) by Brand wise /Merchandise Category wise and send the report to Compliances and process department. Monitoring Ageing stocks collection from sales floor and send the mails to vendor to collect back with their next delivery itself without fail. Monitoring the Home delivery, checking the invoices for correct article with correct serial # mentioned in the invoices is going out. Monitoring the customer returns as per system, make separate the good articles to good location (sends back to sales floor) and faulty articles to faulty location (sends to vendor to get replacement /credit note), follow up with vendor to be done within 21 days as per our RMA(Return Material Authorization) policy. Monitoring the GIV (Goods Issue Voucher) which was made for vendor return and send the documents to finance department. Monitoring the flow of FOC (Free of Cost) items which was coming as promotion and arrange to return to vendor as promotion finishes or keep with us separately for close the big deal for our sales. Monitoring and send the report to management regarding the perpetual inventory of the high value article (Tablet Pc) daily basis. Checking the daily sales tally with inventory system and billing system and if any mismatch found we have to check for the idoc error and clear and tally the sales. Monitoring if any Article mismatch finding, clear that by sending mail to store manager for mismatch if the selling price is same and after his approval I have to send to Compliances & Process Department to clear the error. Doing the invoice verification after the storekeeper receives the stocks with our LPO and vendor invoices to tally the amount.

Warehouse Incharge , Handling the Store warehouse. Order processing & generating invoices as per Company Norms Processing of credit notes & debit notes Ensuring the adherence of Company policy with regard to settlement of damage stocks. Reports sending to HO on Weekly & Monthly Basis as per company requirement Co-ordination with IT department to develop systems.
