▪ Engineer for the process of Instalation of Cold & Freezer rooms, Pre engineering buildings,ware houses,Portable cabins in the organization. Completing the task on the committed date as per the scheduled plan.▪ Look over the various sites at a time. Co-ordination with factory for the inproper supply of material in the right time and in good condition▪ Attending the customer meetings for the project progress analysis, revisions and further expansions activities▪ Attending customer meetings, collect feedbacks on the job supplied from various clients, improvements on the same , Immediete corrective actions on the complaints received & further preventive actions. Review of the complaints & improvements done on the product & process in the higher level meets etc▪ Ensure the raw materials quality at the in coming stage, supplier relationships,supplier corrective action, handling spcifiedd dealers for such materials etc. Control of Non –confirmance in the in coming stage, review of the Rejcetons in the monthly QCM.▪ Implementation of continual improvement plan on the basis of both customer feedbacks & process line feedbacks by the specific team & regular review of the same in the QCM as per the schedule.▪ ISO internal auditing & control documents of all the departments as per the plan made & execute for the quarterly Auditing. Review the results & feedbacks consolidation on request & revision of record/documents when needed.▪ Preiodic training to the employees on the different subjects related to Coldrooms,clean rooms & rand to motivate & develop people to work individually for multiple tasks & develop self confidence.
