• Coordinating with Regional procurement team and External suppliers for Import orders based on monthly demand and creation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Ariba, and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP and processing goods.
• Import document checking as per the compliance requirement of Customs and verifying the health certificates based on Health authorities’ regulations
• Maintaining the database for Pipeline and on order goods serving the purpose for preparation of stock projection forecast and availability
• Ensuring timely shipment clearance within the allotted free days minimizing the Port expenses and avoiding Demurrage
• Provisioning - Maintaining proper Provision for Operational Expenses (OPEX), both variable and fixed in nature, Custom Duty etc.
