• Tier 2 troubleshooting and incident resolution including maintenance activities• Documenting and recording all troubleshooting steps for audit purposes• Perform change management including implementing customer approved change requests• Ensure that the tickets and change requests are resolved within the agreed SLA• Configure and deploy network security devices such as firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) belonging to multiple vendors such as Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate and IBM in stand-alone or cluster mode• Configure and troubleshoot Site-to-site and Remote access VPNs• Create and update technical documentation related to clients’ network and devices• Perform Migration, Patch management and upgrading of network security devices such as firewalls and IPS• Perform logging, backups and restorations of the network security devices• Audit firewall policies, log retention, user access and device configurations• Monitor clients’ network utilization and take steps to improve performance• Analyze network traffic using packet capture tools• Work with external vendors to resolve escalated issues, OS bugs and hardware vulnerabilities

• Part of a global team which provides managed security services• Provide analysis and trending of security log data from many heterogeneous security devices.• Provide Incident Response (IR) support when analysis confirms actionable incident.• Liaise with customers on security intrusions and provide swift and accurate remedial action• Monitor client networks for incidents and determine threat level for incoming incidents.• Tier 1 troubleshooting and incident resolution. • Escalation to Tier 2 when necessary
