Responsible for Supply Chain Planning, Inventory level, and inventory turns of the KWT&KSA region, which includes 4 branches with DC.Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and inventory levels).

Ensure consistent Purchasing/shipping/warehouse/transportation process is documented and implemented at the facility i.e. Requirement planning, truck loading, warehouse improvement process, inventory management, etc.Lead the supply chain team in process/data analysis and reporting. Identify potential cost savings through data analysisInventory planning meetings with Brand Managers, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions)Manage the purchasing processes for the organization through proper evaluation & selection of competitive and efficient systems to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materialsMonitor SKU levels and CBM utilization to recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the futureKnowledge about Import and customs clearanceSchedule Inbound and monitoring transit time of trucks and standard carriers and resolving issues to ensure timely delivery of commoditiesEnsures company policies are communicated, applied, and enforced (i.e. accounting, operational, safety, regulatory and administrative).
