As a Design & Estimation Head for assigning all the Design & Estimation works sending from U.A.E Head Office to concerned junior design engineers and draughtsmen.• Preparing a team as per the work load and completion dates.• Taking Bill of Quantity, making costing & quotation in ERP system (ODOO).• Taking pipe quantity using Fire STT software as well as manually.• Assisting junior design engineers and draughts men in the preparation of initial and final shop drawings as per U.A.E Fire code & NFPA regulations.• Designing Fire Pump Room (Diesel, Jockey & Electrical), and assisting the draughts men for preparing plan, elevation, isometric & 3D layouts of the pump room as per site conditions & NFPA-20 standards.• Assisting draughtsmen in the preparation of Final Coordination drawings & As Built drawings for the site as per U.A.E Fire code & NFPA regulations.• Preparing Method of Statements.• Performing final checking and handing over all the drawings & estimations to Head Offices with full satisfaction.• Coordinating with sales engineers, design engineers, site engineers, site supervisors, main contractors, clients & consultants in U.A.E.• Making monthly Invoices in Tally.• Managing all the monthly expenses & controlling all the documents in the Office.
