Making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment. Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analyses. Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies. And my skills are, assessing overall company performance, 5 years' experience in a management position, outstanding leadership abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations. And I do have proven demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.

As well as managing and supervising teams of 5-10 Photographers. driven and able to push photographic creativity within a commercial holiday environment. My primary drive is to lead, inspire and motivate my team to deliver the best customer experience experience on board, while maximising revenue opportunities. I manage a team of photographers from a range of different nationalities, backgrounds and skill levels, inspiring and training them to be excellent photographers and salesmen.
