Routinely updating the details of more than 850employees both in the HRIS and in Excel files.Maintaining the employee records both in soft copyand hard copy.•Assisting HR Manager in the Recruitment &Selection process including review of jobadvertisement texts and collaborating withrecruitment agencies to maintain efficient HumanResource functions.•• Onboarding & Offboarding of all the employees.Consolidating the monthly attendance from all thebranches of more than 850 employees for payrollpreparation.•Assisting the Finance team in payroll by preparingthe Leave Salary reports, Live Out Allowancesreports and Air Ticket reports.•Scheduling the employees for Visa Medical,Tawjeeh Training, and Emirates ID Biometrics.•Preparing Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters,and experience certificates for the employees asper the request.•Conducting Exit Interviews & Exit Clearance for theSeparation employees.•• Preparing Leavers Attendance.Preparing Final Settlements for all the resigned andterminated employees.
