Planning and scheduling the maintenance & lubrication program for Main Pumping stations under Dubai Municipality.Preparing IPR and procurement of materials.Failure analysis and root cause analysis using condition monitoring devices and making changes to prevent future failures.Supervise on site Preventive Maintenance works based on the yearly maintenance schedule and inoder to keep track of all assets .Supervise and assist emergency shutdown procedures of the Pumping stations and main Drainage network under the department.Supervise and make sure that the maintenance activities are carried out with proper safety standards.Perform the duties as a member of Emergency response team under Dubai Municipality.Responsible for the maintenance of pressure main valve chambers under the department.Inspection during the commissioning of new pumps and pumping stations before handing over.Daily allocation of maintenance & corrective task to the teams and generating work requests & work orders in ERP.
