Part of operation team for SSI (Inventory manager) and Versant Database. All the availability and booking requests for the carriers hosted within Sabre open systems have to come to SSI. As a part of my role, primary responsible for the various application hosted in SSI system such as AVL (availability requests),SSM (flight schedule) etc and Versant database which provide storage of the object created through the application . Need to investigate and fix the issue related to failure of various request comes to SSI system. Monitor applications and perform in depth analysis of performance. Perform CR changes in production and test env.Automation of various manual task.

My role is mainly to support back-end part of the system which are is PL/SQL, SQLand Unix. Its also include to develop a new script whenever changes are needed. Normal support includes investigation of issue and fixing the issue at code level or at database level. To monitor and run daemons (jobs) for analyzing the proper functioning of various environments. Write & Executing PL/SQL and shell Scripts to automate the work. Maintain and update technical documentation. Monitor applications and perform in depth analysis of performance. Automation of manual activities. Providing support during release and post production phases. Bug identification and fixing.
