Sound knowledge in Market rates of various Interior finishes works & Joinery works offered by multiple grade Fit-out contractors in UAE market• Preparation of detailed cost estimates of ID fitout, ID finishes, Joinery works• Identifying cost driving elements/ materials in the & getting direct prices from market for commercial Benefit of Project • Identification of Potential Value Engineering Options and incorporating the same into procurement packages• Evaluation & Prequalification of ID contractors & Joinery Contractors• End to End Competitive Bidding Process with Floating Tenders, Replying Tender Queries in coordination with inhouse Project Management Team• Commercial Analysis of Bids Received & commercial meetings with Bidders • Fair & Competitive Negotiation of offers with Bidders based on Internal Cost Estimate• Maintaining Databases of Markert rates according to grade of the Bidders & works • Assist VP procurement for Preparation of Recommendation Reports • Management of Multiple Procurement packages with least supervision in very fast-paced environment, co-ordination with multiple stakeholders. • Preparation of Letter of Nominations, Work Orders, Purchase order in liaison with Legal/ Contracts Team

Performed intermittent roles as Post contract Quantity Surveyor and done commercial management of the projects of value USD 10 million • Detailed review of tender documents including, review of contract terms, commercial & execution risk assessment. • Attending Pretender client meetings & site surveys• Sending tender clarifications requests to client/ consultants• Preparation of technical documents as required in the tender• Preparation of detailed cost estimates/ rate built-up• Exploring Value engineering options to meet client budget• Review/ analysis of subcontractor offers & negotiation• Writing Bid letter with technical/ contractual qualifications• Cost summary sheets & finalisation with management• Responding to post-tender clarifications and submission of value engineering proposals • Preparation of construction budgets on the award of contract• Continuous improvement based on commercial/ technical feedback from the execution team

Started as a fresher out of college, worked under guidance of senior Estimator. Learned the Estimation principles of Joinery & Fitout works from the scratch. Having a state of art production facility helped the building the knowledge base.
