In my initial role as a manager, the focus was to establish and improve the capabilities and aligned functions, discovering opportunities to scale operations, identify, build and establish new capabilities.As a Senior leader my role is focused on delivering the vision of an Omni Channel retailer through key collaborations, process management, establishing the operational working model as well as building a dynamic team focused on delivering sustained results. The role also focuses on building and enhancing long term partnerships with the offshore team. Ensuring to gain trust to develop, enhance and establish a Global working model. Build an end-to-end sustainable operational model focused on 100% process ownership and become key strategic partners for the overall success of the organization.

•Creation and implementation of the strategic roadmap for the Continuous Improvement function at an enterprise level.•Identifying automation opportunities with respect to Robotic Process Automation, desktop automation and excel-based automation. •Collaborate with business teams to build a solution and work towards implementing the same as per the project life cycle. Accountable for implementing solutions that were identified through key projects and collaborated with the operations & training teams to implement long-term solutions, while proactively monitoring and mitigating errors. Worked with the senior leadership across sites to provide an insight into the Quality function as well•Involved in building the entire Quality assurance capability across 8 different locations globally in close partnership with leaders and key stake holders

•Handled a team of 15 individuals that supported the technology and banking processes for the Royal Bank of Canada. This role involved providing voice-based support, managing SLAs, meeting quality scores, and aligning the team to the overall organizational priorities. •As a leader was involved working and mitigating client escalations and providing the appropriate training to the teams as they onboarded into the set processes. Creating knowledge modules around process quality, incident and change management was also handled by me in this role.

 This was an entrepreneurial venture providing event management solutions to various key clients such as Himalaya, Euro School, Funds India, Metropolitan central school etc.

Financial Analyst Joined as an intern in the client control department and was converted to a full time analyst within 3 months. My role involved handling the trade settlement and ensuring that the risk exposure on them was minimalized. Handled the risk indicator dashboard and published weekly reports to key senior leaders in the organization.
