a) Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and be an active HR business partner to managementteam;b) Bridge gaps between management and employees, foster and maintain a positive work culturewithin the organization;c) Develop and implement company policy and procedures in line with management and HeadquarterOffice directions, evaluate and benchmark existing company policies and procedures to ensurecompliance with local regulations, thereafter propose and incorporate changes to EmployeeHandbook;d) Ensure employee compliance with established company policies and procedures, taking disciplinaryactions when necessary;e) Develop employee compensation and benefits scheme, implement employee retention strategiesand ensure company remains competitive in the market;f) Handle employee performance appraisal matters, identify suitable training and developmentprograms for employees;g) Manage the entire Talent Acquisition Cycle, understand manpower requirements, createappropriate job descriptions, actively sourcing for ideal candidates, conducting interviews,negotiating job offers and closing positions;h) Develop a strong recruitment strategy, maintain talent pipeline, achieve recruitment targets andensure hiring needs of the company in India are being met at all times;i) Handle all employee matters, including employee inductions, joining and exit formalities foremployees, issuing HR letters, attending to employee issues and grievances, insurance matters,payroll matters and ensure compliance to statutory regulations locally;j) Handle employee leave management system and implementing new HR software systems toimprove internal efficiencies where necessary;k) Handle office vendor related matters and general office administration duties;l) Assist in setup of office in other parts of India when required;PDP (Personal Development Plan) initiatives for the growth of Employees and Management as well.
