I believe long terms goals are achieved when we break them into smaller achievable goals. My short term goal is to get a job in an organization that is progressive and performance driven, challenging and dynamic enviornment that provides me with opportunities, to tap my full potential in the area of Theatre and Drama and use my strong organisational skills, educational experience, ability to work well with people.
