(TKT & PTFE). Circular and D-Type Connectors Screening and physical inspection Checks. Harness Verification Ask per Documentation. Harness connectors (Circular or D-type) Crimping verification, Pin lock checks with Inspection Tool. Harness Labelling, proper routing and sharp edge protection verification and clearance for testing. QC Activities report generation.

Qualified Electronics Fabrication Techniques Training Section conducted by VSSC,Cert. No: 2022-23/0151. Experience in FLIGHT HARNESSING & INTEGRATION inspection for all sub-assemblies of PSLV PS1,PS2, PS3, PS4, EB stage. Experienced in Components QC inward inspection, PCB inspection, Component tinning, Mounting,Soldering inspection with respect to cc released document for MVIT and IISU wired cards andpackages.

Familiarized in various electronics equipment’s like Digital Multi Meter, Programmable Powersupply, Function Generator, Power Supplies. Involved in test and evaluation of various avionics packages (LVDT, RVDT, and POTENTIOMETER). Test Report Generation of Avionics packages.
