Job ProfilePre-Contract Reporting & Discussion with Project Manager for any kind projects & maintenance works. Prepare budget forecast for every finical year. Work closely with Client/MOCS Engineer and submit the report within or before given timeline. Day to day site visit/inspection, preparation of Site Inspection Report with Cost Estimate for Civil & Service Related works/defects and submit to Client for budget approval. Preparation of Work Order for Civil & Service Related works/defects. Conduct Tender Site Visit when the work order is approved by Client. Preparation of technical evaluation or technical clarification if any of the tender offers submitted by contractor. Do the market analysis for the schedule of rates for different types of Civil and Services related materials which help the whole project team while preparing the scope of work. Helping other Civil Engineers in the term of scope of the work. Prepare minutes of each meeting within Project Department. Provide justification regarding variation in cost. Post Contract Carry out kick off meeting to the awarded contractor and have detailed discussion regarding the scope of work Prepare MOM for the kick off meeting and send to relevant person/Client Engineer. Reviewing the project supporting documents for the Approval of Site Work Permit such as. Site work permit (Filled, Signed & Stamped) Method statements Risk assessment Schedule of work Material approval form Handling the work on site and the Engineers of Contractor. Prepare weekly progress report for Client. Review cost reduction opportunities through technical reviews, improvement proposals and cost benefit analysis. Manage subcontractor in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, standards and complete in target time. Preparing snag and De snag report before signing the completion report Perform proper documentation and filings of maintenance records.

 Quantity surveying. Work Order preparation. Preparation of technical clarifications and evaluations for any works. Planning for Residential and Commercial buildings(AutoCAD 2D & 3D) Preparation of new Designs as per the site (AutoCAD 2D & 3D). Making the Vasthu Recommended Plans. Checking of Post Tensioning cables and Reinforcement in Slab and Beams. Strengthening of Beams and Columns by Jacketing, Retrofitting, Carbon wrapping & Micro concreting. Handling the work on site and the Engineers of Contractor. Execution of work at site from foundation to finishing strictly as per the drawings and Standard Codes. Prepares PRW bills. Quality control: checks & controls the Quality of material in stores and on site. Planning of work on bar chart. Prepares Daily Progress & Monthly Report. Set Quarterly, Monthly & weekly targets for the Completion of project.
