• Reporting to the HSE Manager and Offshore Installation Manager.• Provide clear, consistent and quality Health and Safety information, advice, guidance, and monitoring services to the Field Management Team.• Function as the Health and Safety compliance gatekeeper providing verification that all relevant Health and Safety best practices; policies and procedural expectations are realized while promoting a culture of continuous risk management.• Review, update and implement in the field safety and accident prevention training programs, safety inspections, policies, and procedures.• Promote safety culture and strive for excellent HSE performance in operations.• Facilitate and participate in Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analysis for specific jobs as and when required.• Maintain pertinent documentation and records associated with scopes of work.• Conducting quality incident/accident investigation to determine root causes, provide action steps to prevent reoccurrence, and ensure all incidents and safety matters are reported directly to the HSE Manager in a timely fashion.• Track all actions resulting from incident investigations and audits to ensure effective close-out.• Identify HSE-MS gaps and Safe Operating Practices to HSE Manager and support the development of HSE procedures.• Required to deliver training to employees in addition to, liaising and consulting with internal and external customers.• Assisting and participating in emergency response drills; including developing scenarios, preparation of reports and inspection of the equipment.• Plan, Coordinate and implement HSE meetings to all employees.• Conduct safety toolbox talk regularly in presence of Offshore Installation Manager. • Acts as External Liaison during incidents or emergencies and participates in the duty rotation.

Saudi Arabia

• Provide Health and Safety oversight on both the construction and production activity set at Client's Field Operations. • Provides input and advice to specific well activity plans, identifies potential risks or infringements and advises management/team members in a timely manner.• Attends appropriate technical team meetings to maintain a clear understanding of the short, medium and long term operational requirements of the business and ensure QHSE considerations are taken into account.• Develops QHSE plans and processes for projects ensuring strict compliance with Company and regulatory QHSE standards and expectations and assists management teams to safely execute programmes safely and without harm to the environment. Monitors/analyses QHSE performance and develops improvement plans for work activities, as appropriate• Contributes to the development of QHSE KPI's for wells activities and monitors and reports on performance. Identifies opportunities to improve QHSE performance in operations and co-ordinates activities to implement ideas into processes and procedures leading to continuous QHSE performance improvement.• Administers the Company's integrated management system• Maintains an up-to-date awareness of changes to legislative requirements and ensures plans, systems and procedures are updated to reflect operational requirements.• Works with the QHSE department and operation and maintenance teams to prepare responses to enquiries relating to e.g. applications for permits.• Provides support and input to a wide range of QHSE processes e.g. Incident Investigation/Reporting, Audit• Procedures/Programmes, Loss Control Procedure/Investigations, Safety dill, Risk Assessment Procedure/Risk Assessments, Corrective/Preventive Action• Makes regular visits offshore to enhance onshore-offshore relationships/communications, promote and support Company/contractor QHSE-related campaigns, etc.• Leading and mentoring HSES officer and Trainees.

India

•Ensuring that the HSE performance of all disciplines is in accordance with contractual HSE commitments.•Performs duties in accordance with the integrated HSE activities plan.•Liaising with client and contractor site HSE representatives.•Establishing effective working relationships with line supervisors and ensures that safe working practices are implemented.•Maintaining a visible presence at worksites to ensure effective HSES management is in place.•Assisting in the interpretation of compliance monitoring procedures and regulatory requirements.•Overseeing the administration and compliance of Permit-To-Work system.•Providing assistance to line supervisors for risk management activities, including hazard identification and task risk assessments.•Assisting and participating in emergency response drills; including developing scenarios, preparation of reports and inspection of the equipment.•Conducting incident investigation and completes reports.•Attending HSE committee and project progress meetings.•Ensuring that regular workplace surveys are conducted and recommendations are implemented.•Conducting HSE trainings as requested by the Training department.•Conducting periodic walkthroughs and inspections at worksite and other designated locations as needed.•Ensuring HSE equipment calibrations are maintained.•Participating in HSE Audits.•Providing assistance in reviews and revisions to HSE project plans and procedures.•Maintaining the HSE central action tracking register at the worksite and follows up with supervisors on closing action items.

• Monitor offshore activities to ensure that project safety, health and environmental requirements are met.• Participate in planning meetings, risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety meetings, ets.• Spend the majority of time on the installation vessel to monitor performance of work and to train and encourage personnel to achieve an acceptable safety, health and environmental performance.• Maintain good relationships with client management and personnel. Where necessary intervene to stop work where appropriate SHE standards are not met.• Liaise with other disciplines to improve effectiveness of the overall team.• Participate in any incident investigations, site audits or safety committees with follow up and close out of recommendations.• Ensure timely reporting of incidents and close out of audit actions and incident recommendations.
