Responsible for design of console and IP for Tata Passenger vehicle Indica Vista.

Core member in design and development of Interior trims for G90, Aero G90 & E30 Commercial vehicle Cabins. G90 cabin is of 2 types: Day Cabin and other is Sleeper Cabin. In this system we have double berth arrangement in sleeper for both driver and the co-driver. All these were prototyped in our proto-center.• Key Responsibilities:  Designs of G90 cabin components focusing on Glovebox & Header system. Design drawing release for Cabin components to Proto department for prototyping using FRP method.• Key Achievements:  Created 2D/3D designs using CAD software IDEAS. Designed and developed innovative glovebox design, improving storage capacity by 20% Collaborated with Prototype department and Developed prototypes for glovebox and header assemblies• Skills Used: CAD design IDEAS. Prototyping FRP methodologies.
