• Manage and oversee the overall FM operations for DIB across UAE. Which is about 70+ locations including, branches and offices. Manage a total FM budget of AED 30 million and an area of about 800,000 Sq. ft.Which includes Soft Services, Hard Services, Space planning, minor fit out works, Move management, Waste management services etc. • Submission of FM costing and budget for new upcoming projects.• Taking over of new facility from the Project team and ensure the testing and commission of is done as per the standards both MEP and Fit out.• Share the FM transition plan for new premises, with regards to Hard services and Soft services and ensure that the standards are met as per the SOW laid down by the client.• Manage the internal inspection programs and verifications on works completed (PPM and CM)• Ensure all the Audit requirements are fulfilled as per the client requirement.• Lead the monthly KPI meeting’s with client.• Submission of weekly and monthly report to the client with accurate data’s and provide recommendations to enhance services and customer experience.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES AT NOOR BANK• Handling end to end MEP and soft services operations for Noor Bank across all branches, offices and repossessed properties. Manage a total FM budget of AED 16 million.o Dubai – 9 branches and 4 officeso Abu Dhabi – 3 branches and 1 office o Al Ain – 1 brancho Sharjah – 1 branch• Monitor the MEP and Cleaning mobile teams on their daily, weekly and monthly schedules• Carrying out R&M activities as part of MEP across all branches, offices and repossessed properties of Noor Banko Carrying out PPM for all AC units and electrical DBs across all branches and office of Noor Bank o Repairs and maintenance as per the requiremento Minor projects i.e. Installation of new AC units, Installation of UPS, creating office space etco Coordinating with the property management for permission to carry out necessary R&M activities as per the requiremento Applying for police permission to carry out maintenance activities in the branches wherever necessary• Ensuring the Soft services team carries out the daily, weekly cleaning schedule across all the branches and office of Noor Bank• Coordinate witho Procurement team for all LPOs etc. for operational requiremento Finance team for invoices, track Opex budgets• Contract scope management – Invoicing, Procurement, vendor management
