As a store incharge at Co-op, I lead a team of 15 staff and oversee the daily operations, sales, and customer service of the store. I am also responsible for implementing the company's strategies, policies, and values, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. I have successfully increased the store's revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention rates by applying my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), customer engagement, and customer experience. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Roehampton, where I am learning the latest theories and practices in business administration and management.
