Project : SAUDI ELASTOMERS PROJECT - HALOBUTYL UNIT Client : TECHNIP Description : Fabrication and testing of Columns and Pressure Vessels• Understand the G.A and fabrication drawing thoroughly and explain to team.• Follow the schedule requirement and explain to the team.• Allocate job responsibilities to supervisors and foreman and even to supply teams.• Allocate man power per job for various shop activities in line with EPMS and manpower histogram.• Plan and arrange materials in shop for the team by coordinating with procurement division.• Follow up and coordination with procurement team and store for material arrival and subcontract activities• Direct and manage all project works and take care of contract agreements.• Prepare catch up plans in case of delay and implement in shop.• Coordination with QC for NDE requirements• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule with maintenance group and minimizing machine down time.• Work out project specific tooling requirement well in advance and indent.• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.• Ensuring project deadlines met• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards• Coordination with various departments for timely delivery of equipment.
