My Duties & Responsibilities are,Checking and posting monthly closing Entries.Passing provision entries and monitoring expenses on monthly basis.Monitoring daily sales and deposits.Monitoring daily bank positions and allocating funds for supplier payments.Preparation of monthly Income and Expense statement of companies and sister concerns.Preparation of safari-UAE group staff salary as per UAE law and uploading the salary as per WPS.Preparation and processing staff settlement as per UAE law ie, leave salary, Gratuity etc.Preparation of VAT schedule and summery quarterly of group of companies.Monitoring department staff performance and cross checking the entries on regular basis.Verify accounts and posting sales JV and other collections to general ledger.Cross checking Bank Reconciliation statement.Reconciliation of Ledgers and passing rectification entries.Processing supplier payment as per due date and monitoring payments on timely basis without delay.Reconciling of supplier statement and monitoring rebate deductions.Checking and approving overseas payments to suppliers, LC, customs charges.

As an accountant am handling .Verify accounts and posting sales JV and other collections to general ledger.Responsible for maintaining complete record of accounts receivable transactions.Perform bank reconciliations.Provide daily cash flow statement.Assist with forecast/budget preparation and analysis.Control of sales commission and incentives after adjusting inventory deductions.Updating general ledger with latest entries.Reconciling general ledger accounts.Allocating assets & expenses as per budget.Processing payments on due date.Maintaining aging report of supplier for priority payment.Manage fixed assets i.e. capitalize and depreciate as per company policy.Communicating with suppliers regarding Payments, missing documents.Generate and distribute Aging & Payment Reports for Finance ManagerPassing journal entries for accruals of various expenses monthly.Checking and verifying Payment request, DO and LC application. Maintaining rent schedule of various showrooms.Analyze past due accounts and initiate collection efforts through concerned department.Assisting & Cross checking salary and settlement of Staff and taking approval from Manager.Perform monthly credit card reconciliations.Intercompany balance reconciliation with their statementPerform monthly closing procedures for accounts receivables & Payables.Serve as liaison between corporate office and related parties for intercompany billing.Entry of bank & receipt vouchers and journal vouchers and its subsequent posting to GL.Compiling of VAT records and submission.Assist auditors for interim and annual audit.Verify daily sales report and confirm all records are received from outlet.Obtain reconciled HR reports from the company with last month payroll reports, register, and review the variance
