• Responsible for bringing sales for Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs clearance and Warehousing.• Focusing on major importers in Qatar market.• Making cold calls to prospective clients for sales.• Communicating with importers regarding import procedures.• Managing information of vessel arrivals.• Ensure the delivery of the product on schedule.• Handling existing client base, developing & converting prospects.• Creating and developing good working relationship with existing and new customers.• Achieving & maintaining sales target in imports.• Tendering quotations; negotiating with sea carriers and agents for competitive rates.• Synchronizing day-to-day activities in the office.• Efficiently serving the existing client base & sending quotations, invoices & other relevant documents to the clients.• Managing customer & carrier relation.• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments.* Maintaining weekly and daily sales reports.

• Responsible for bringing sales for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL).• FCL Export and Import Marketing.• LCL Export and Import consolidation from and to Europe,Middle East, Far East & US ports.• Communicating with Exporters and Importers regarding export/import procedures.• Planning and organizing of container movements from port to factory premises and return.• Managing information of vessel arrivals and departures.• Ensure the delivery of the product on schedule.• Making cold calls to prospective clients for sales.• Handling existing client base, developing & converting prospects.• Creating and developing good working relationship with existing and new customers.• Achieving & maintaining sales target in both imports & exports.• Tendering quotations; negotiating with sea carriers for rates, file rates for clients.• Handling bookings from clients for sales purposes.• Synchronizing day-to-day activities in the office.• Efficiently serving the existing client base & sending quotations, invoices & other relevant documents to the clients.• Releases of B/L drafts, invoices & other relevant documents.• Managing customer & carrier relation.• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments.
