Responsible for planning and restarting the modernized property that has, 69 guest rooms and suites, 2 Restaurants, Discotheque, a Lounge, 24*7 Coffee Shop, In Room Dining, Catering and Banqueting with the Staff strength of 85.• Using hotel resources to maximize guests’ satisfaction & optimize revenues.• Liaison with Ministries and Authorities. • Providing the hotel owners with regular reports on the hotels operating objectives, fiscal performance, future capital expenditure predictions & its annual budget.• Overseeing the operations of F&B outlets, banquets and parties. • Ensuring that all hotel departments are profitable.• Maintaining a positive, cooperative work environment between hotel staff and management.• Developing and implementing staff training programs.• Ensuring the smooth check in / out and safety of all guests whilst they are at the hotel.
