 Staff training on Hygiene Sanitation, Stewarding task, chemicals, cleaning and maintenance of various machinery, cooking ranges, cleaning procedures, Health& Hygiene and Safety Creating and implementing task procedures manual. Creating and implementing daily and periodical cleaning schedule/check lists for cross checks. Periodical inventories of operating equipment. Stocking, distribution and recording of operating equipment(chinaware, glassware, silverware, flatware) Maintenance of all kitchen and F&B machinery. Administration of stewarding. Drawing up weekly work schedule. Planning vacation schedule Day to Maintaining Hygiene & Sanitation of the kitchen. day functioning and Supervision of stewarding, Periodical employee performance appraisal To maintain good and positive working relationship with colleagues and all other departments. Providing guidance to stewarding personnel. To Exuctive , stewarding in the preparation of annual budget. To Exutive, stewarding in the all inventory processes. To effectively supervise the department operation while on duty. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to company policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety. To minimize cost through breakage control, loss prevention and economical supplies and chemical use. To be aware of and implement responsibilities under the food and Hygiene regulation. Folling to B.S.A  Back support to food & beverage department  Monthly cleaning of the kitchen of various restaurant at the hotel  Taking Dailey briefing for the associates Taking trainings for associates to help them reach their goals
