Senior Consultant PMO-Project maintenance and optimization of processes and reports.-Involved in sending out weekly reports to ensure the entire team and management are kept updated on the projects (Utilization, Non-Compliant, Timecard, Forecasting, Project Campaign) -Setting up D-review calls which involve key stakeholders and BU heads across the Capgemini-Minutes of Meetings are noted and made sure that the stakeholders have taken necessary steps before the next monthly D-Review call-Worked for Delivery Value Improvement (DVI) process via validating financial info gathered from PDMs across Capgemini Bus.-Projects of Contracted Value above 150k are reported to Group CFO. Project Resource Allocation and Change Control Management (Remedy/ServiceNow), invoicing, and billing. -Perform change control on daily basis using a tracker to be presented on the CAB calls-Creation of Change template to simplify the process of raising changes to avoid any delays -Check TM and FP projects Revenue and Invoice variance.-Coordinate with PMs and Controllers to ensure timely update of data.-Updating of Project manuals as per Project manager’s requirement to the repository (Sharepoint, TeamForge)-Prepares and maintains weekly and monthly project status reports -Assist Project Managers and Program Managers in handling daily activities -Project Revenue and Cost Monitoring: Monthly Effort - Revenue report. Project Resource Monitoring: Percentage Resource Utilization and Bench report per project -Project Closure, Invoicing, billing -Project Life Cycle, SOW & MSA & PO & Work Order Review, Root Cause Analysis - Risk, Team & Project Development-Train Project Managers and PMOs within Global Infra BU to ensure utilization of repository tools-Handling requests for procurement of hardware and software for client employees-Follow-ups between suppliers, requestors, and stakeholders for inventory check-Raising and Documentation of Purchase orders using ITSM tool (BMC Remedy7.6)
