 To assist states in developing training plans based on realistic estimation of training load for each cadre. To assist states in designing road map for achieving the trainings planned. To undertake monitoring visits to assess the quality of training especially skill training, implementation of training action plans and programme performance. To liaise and brief officers of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare/states on successes, problems and issues. To submit technical report on quality of trainings based on field visits. To assist in developing prototype for database of trained manpower. Identify trainers needed for Reproductive Child Health (RCH) programme in the state and monitor the implementation of the training plans through monitoring visits. Develop training materials.

 Providing professional quality consultancy for hospitals in meeting quality criteria laid out for NABH accreditation. Performing detailed system study and assessing gaps in the hospital. Documentation of departmental manuals and developing Standard Operating Procedures for all departments within the hospital. Training of hospital staff in improving and implementing quality in all areas of healthcare delivery.
