I am a Veteran Naval Officer and a submariner who has practical leadership experience while facing very tough decision-making situations in the face of harsh operational conditions. The Navy has helped me evolve as a person who has the keenness to observe people, processes, and situations, and use deliberate and intuitive analytics to carry forward my team in challenging times. I have motivated individuals and teams to redefine the threshold of their potential; taken unprecedented decisions to raise training and operational efficiency; re-organized the workplace for increased effectiveness and employee comfort. My adventurous streak has taken me from the depths of the ocean during scuba diving to heights of over 14000 ft during long treks of the Himalayas, and helped me complete the Paragliding certification course. Challenging the status quo is intrinsic to me that has immensely benefited me to help foster change.
