We are working towards supporting the organization towards the transformation of the organization - org restructuring, technology, policy, processes, etc. We are working towards developing the organization change maturity. I have handled change management on day to day basis depending on the different task/projects handled by me. The necessary components of change management are taken care like planning, stakeholders management, communication, necessary training, change impact, readiness mapping, sustainability/ reinforcement, short terms wins and celebration. Work towards organisational change management by focusing on creating enterprise impact registers, training, templates, process, etc.

As member of COO transformation office to facilitate the transformation in the operation area of the organization. we were working on to make sure the employee live the organization re-structuring work in the whole operation team (35000 emp). We had to find the gaps (design tool for finding, facilitating workshop and analysis) in the new organization and address those by creating necessary project/ task (structure change, roles, capability, leadership, system, agile culture, KPI, etc).

I have been responsible to make sure the process management is part of the culture of the organization. I have to work with stakeholders from different levels (top management to grass root employee) towards the business process documentation, process improvement, maintaining the documentation platform OrgDoku, consulting on process and risk management etc. I was responsible for three factories, one R&D center, one global shared service center, sales, marketing and customer service function i.e, end to end of the whole organization process. I assist in defining organization structure and Organizational development activity. Provide consultation, support and updating of documents like Policy or regulation or instruction.
