I have moved into this role as part of the Career Development Program.The Key Responsibilities Include - Achieving Leadership in RMS (Revenue Market Share) & CMS (Customer Market Share).To deploy marketing strategies to suit changing Customer & Market needs so as to gain Market Leadership. Ensure tariff structure, new products and execution of marketing campaigns are designed to meet Revenue and ARPU targets•Provide circle level feedback on new product introductions by competition and seek circle specific product interventions.

Responsible to manage the Prepaid,Postpaid and Pco business in Vijayawada Zone. Accountable to plan and strategize sales and distribution for all the three verticals,achieving customer acquisitions,market shares and revenue targets. Track the network utilisation and ensure that all sites become profitable.Ensure all functions work as a team,encourage ideas and opinions,recognise and reward people for there achievements.

The role gives a rounded experience in managing the retail business in its unique model of discount format. Am responsible for ensuring profitability, rolling out new outlets, finalizing catchments, planning merchandise mix and ensuring planogram ,POR & hand pick.Customer acquisition & retention- Monitor category wise customer purchase pattern. Conceptualize and implement local promotions and tie-ups
