Collecting requirements from overseas BDMs and Client Partners and maintaining track of it. Internal resource mapping and allocation to various unstaffed opportunities. Hiring manpower for unavailable skills (both contract as well as permanent).Coordinating with Central contract hire team for offshore as well as onsite contract hires. Scheduling interviews with the tech panel as well as with HR for the candidates. Collecting required documents from the selected candidates for the post interview process and processing them. Intimating candidates regarding the on-boarding process. Maintaining Reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Proficient with Prithvi Technologies online recruitment system.
