I have 27 years of working experience in Sierra Atlantic (now taken over by Hitachi ). My last job in the IT industry was with MBT (Mahindra British Telecom) now called Tech Mahindra. After quitting IT I was part of Real Estate in Bangalore and Hyderabad and executed a couple of projects in both places. In both industries, humility is missing. Both industries are poles apart in terms of the nature of the business, operational methodology and practices adopted.IT industry was the torch bearer for a lot of good things this country has seen and it is the single most significant thing that has transformed our country post-independence. More and more of the world is getting dependent software industry and that is something very good for the country as more people can get employed and more people can be brought of poverty directly and indirectly , as each IT job creates 8-10 more jobs in the services industry . Now we operate in both the places or both the industries IT & Real Estate. In IT we are into small time project execution from customers . We are also providing staffing services to small and midsize companies in Dallas. We are supporting some firms by taking the responsibility of doing their invoicing and managing client and employee time sheets which usually happens during the US timings to be in touch with the clients in real time basis. We are also into Payroll services. The motto of Team Erudite Solutions LLP is give best possible service but not for the lowest cost , quality always comes for a price. Keep growing and adding smiles to every human who is associated with Team Erudite in what ever capacity , when they think of us should feel good and should bring a smile that is the biggest thing we want and will always strive to achieve .
