Individual Contributor:- Owned silicon validation on CMT tester platform along with content generation.- Started technically leading the team to ensure that the team is always successful in Power On readiness for various products .- I worked with the team to deliver 100% quality content for first silicon by incorporating all the learnings from previous products which helped in reducing the ramp time on content enabling.- Worked as a Product Owner for a Scrum team that included experts and SMEs from other parallels. During this time, I worked with our customers to come up with delivery goals and ensured any roadblocks were eliminated for the team to achieve deliverables on time.Manager:- Manage and lead a team of 9 with their day to day task planning and eliminating roadblocks in order to achieve deliverables on time.- As a team we deliver HVM content, test program requirements, yield improvements and test time reduction to achieve PHI goals.- Work with individual team members to identify goals in order to setup career development plans and create or find opportunities that will apply to every individual.- Always maintain truth and transparency with the team and work with them to create open discussions and decision-making environment. Effective Resource Management by assigning tasks to team members with relevant area of expertise, redirecting assignments based on individual workload and setting expectations for deliveries.Technical Lead:- Technical lead and first line of support for flows, content enabling issues faced by the team.- Mentor the team on day to day basis on silicon debug, content enabling, test time improvements etc.- Creating flows for new features being defined, working with partner teams to identify and improve the tools to achieve the final output on time for an upcoming project power on.
