Senior Product Manager

• Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, planning, and implementation throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements.• Collaborating with internal and external clients to identify problems, elicit requirements and work on solutions applicable to the wider customer base.• Working on the design of solutions that fit the elicited requirements and fit with the technology and business criteria.• Innovating new product features through various design methods including Design Thinking workshops, personas, user journey maps, BPMN diagrams, rapid prototyping, surveys, and user interviews, etc.• Analysis and documentation of new product feature through Functional Specifications, Consolidated flow diagrams, State Transition diagrams, wireframes, mock-ups, truth tables, and data mapping as well as ensuring existing documentation is updated when minor changes and/or defects are addressed.• Continuously collaborating with Engineering, QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure effective and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions that deliver business value.• Groom product backlog to shape feature roadmaps aligned to business priorities as well as defect triage and action based on priority/severity assessment.• Serving as the main point of reference for Customer Service, Consulting, Sales, Training, Operations, and Account Management teams' guidance.• Responsible for customer communications, release notes, webinars, and other interactions.• Working with strategic partners and leading the discussions. • Keeping up to date with technology, software development, HR, legislation, and industry developments and trends • Tools used in a typical day - Miro, Balsamiq, Lucid Chart, Canva, Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools
