• Backstop a portfolio that includes HIV/AIDS, TB, VMMC and PMTCT for Jhpiego’s Zambia office with an annual budget of over US $10 million from a variety of donors including CDC, DoD, USAID and Gates Foundation• Facilitate business development and establish partnerships with local organizations in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi• Coordinate timely submission of workplans, budgets and reports to donors. • Facilitate in-country capacity building by linking Baltimore resources and technical expertise with in-country program needs and gaps.
