As Executive Director and Board member of the Kate Spade & Company Foundation (formerly the Liz Claiborne Foundation and Fifth & Pacific Foundation), led the organization through two corporate name changes in 2012 and 2014. Spearheaded a comprehensive governance and compliance review in anticipation of shift in corporate structure. Ushered the Foundation through strategic mission review in 2009, which resulted in greater support for programs focusing on women's economic empowerment, especially for women affected by domestic violence. The Foundation was a frequent funder of pilot projects, encouraging innovation for social impact. Founding funder of NO MORE, a collaborative effort among corporate foundations and the domestic violence and sexual assault communities, to raise awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault. As Director of Philanthropic Programs, oversaw all corporate activities related to community engagement, including the corporate volunteer program, merchandise donations, and corporate sponsorships.
