Qinetiq Space UK has successfully developed and delivered electric propulsion technology for science mission space satellites. I evaluated strategies for commercialization of this product in light of the newly created demand for it in the commercial satellites market. To that end, I conducted market research including interviews of Qinetiq employees and potential partners and clients. Finally, I presented a comprehensive business strategy recommendation to MD and senior managers.

RBS M&IB maintains an internal curriculum of courses that include technical finance topics as well as sales and leadership training. Changes in the bank's corporate strategy required change management of its human resources. I compiled a list of existing courses and mapped them across the firm’s departments to identify gaps in available training. The gaps are then filled through restructuring and expanding the curriculum. In addition, I developed Excel training courses for Human Resources staff.

Organized hundreds of product drawings from an acquired company, making them easily accessible to Samco engineers. Based on some of these drawings, I designed for manufacturing and assembly a line of metal roll cutting machinery. I also supported the sales team by providing specifications and graphics for client meetings.
