Changes in the bank's corporate strategy required change management of its human resources. I compiled a list of existing courses and mapped them across the firm’s departments to identify gaps in available training. The gaps are then filled through restructuring and expanding the curriculum. In addition, I developed Excel training courses for Human Resources staff.
