Duty:• To Participate and preparation for the Budget and forecasting for financial report i.e. profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, capital expenditure, cost of goods sold ,key operational data and KPI.• Monitor the annual financial statement preparation and year-end account closure to ensure timely and accurately reporting.• To prepare slide and presentation for financial reports to management or vice president with note.• To monitoring and prepare report month end for comparation for Budget and Actual to each department for lower and higher.• Create General Leger, Profit Center, Cost Centers, and Internal Order where necessary.• Set up Product costing (Khmer Beverages Business Unit) i.e. SAP System Configuration which work with Finance, Production and Consultants in setting up the product costing.• To analyze the variance costing between actual and standard setting then compile and monitor the result for next production costing efficiency and profit. • To study with relative departments on product costing then compile result for management to decide before making new products and sale out to market.• Inventory analyzing for stock in, out and closing stock and pricing.• To assist reporting and controlling direct to participate with relative departments to develop business plan/strategy i.e. performing gaps and break event point assumptions for management presentation.• To Accomplish own tasks and support team and other relative departments to reach the company’s goals and vision.• Other duties as below Reporting and Controlling Assistant Supervisor and add on new tasks after promoted as above mention.• Review of monthly financial figures by General ledger: for investigate any unusual figures in profit loss and balance sheet

Duty:• To prepare the report for the product costing variance between standard versus actual to management.• To provide timely and reliable management information and financial reports that is, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flows and Information Management report for Khmer Beverages Business.• Analyze the management information, investigating major variances, highlighting key trends and asking questions as appropriate where additional information is required.• Assist manager to establish timetable, developing data templates, business unit review / presentation packs, with plan, budgets and forecast for Retail Business.• Act as the main contact point to work with other functional person to providing insight as to the cause of variances, adverse trends, etc. and actions to address.• Create Profit Center, Cost Centers, and Internal Order where necessary.• Support and guideline non-finance function staff in understanding the end to end process and interface between finance and the business.• Perform other duties as assigned.• Other duties as below Senior Accounting Officer and add on new tasks after promoted as above mention.

Duty:• Preparation financial reports data i.e. profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flows to management for Khmer Beverages and Concrete Business.• Oversee monthly revenue and cost of goods sold for each product analysis and investigate any major variances and trends all products/SKUs in Khmer Beverages and all plant by Concrete Business.• Review of monthly financial figures:(i) investigate any unusual figures(ii) analyze accruals & prepayment, etc.(iii) monitor and control accounting for rebates & provisions, and(iv) liaise with Accounting Manager on control account reconciliation and any accounting issues in A/P, A/R, and Treasury.• Provide information to the Business Unit/Requester on Profit Center, Cost Center, General Ledger Account, and Internal Order.• Create Internal Order where necessary.• Other duties are similar to the task of Accounting Officer as I have mention below but I have to control 2 Companies for Chip Mong Group i.e. Chip Mong Concrete and Khmer Beverages Company

responsibilities:• To do Monthly financial report ( P& L, Balance Sheet) from System in to excel spreadsheet• To Check General Ledger Expenses and Revenues • Notes and preparation into power point slides to supervisor about increase and decrease in expense, revenue and net profit• Collect the data to do the budgeting or planning and work with budget owner or planer to verify• Control the budgeting or planning between budget and actual• To Check Depreciation of Assets and Interest Inter company• Accomplish own tasks in support of team goals and offers to help colleagues and support group decisions• Calculate commission to seller end of the Month.• Analyses accounts transaction as required.• Prepares other reports as required by supervisor team
