Business: Condominiums developer, Cassava plantation and starch factory productionMain responsibilities: • Provide strategic direction for all corporate financial functions so that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet the organisation’s short and medium-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards. • Prepare the financial planning, budget, proposals, project, internal control system and procedures• Prepare monthly forecast update, primarily by working closely with department heads in forecasting their department’s overheads.• Forecast, monitor, analyze and communicate variance reporting monthly and quarterly to all operations cost center owners, in adherence to the approved Budget.• Lead, direct, evaluate the organisation’s financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines• Lead and implementation of the financial and accounting systems, and reviews all accounting function• Oversee financial statement, tax declaration and yearly tax closing account• Oversee all cash flow, cash collection, income, AR, AP, purchasing, costing, stock, inventory and fixed asset• Ensure all loan defaults and loans at risk or risk management are minimized before process the loan• Ensure all customers’ credit and loan outstanding accounting records are accurate and Complete in Cambodian Accounting Standards (CIFRS) and International Accounting Standard (IFRS).• Ensures compliance of all department, company policies and procedures fit to government regulations.• Review intercompany billings to parent company, including the follow up of payment.• Liaison with tax office, Internal and External Auditors.• Direct financial internal audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
