ThriveTogether is an organization founded in partnership with UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University students to reduce the childhood cognitive and education disparity in North Carolina by providing families with the proper support structure and resources to nurture their children. ThriveTogether will use an evidence-centered home-visiting curriculum to provide resources, consultations, and practices to ensure children receive the best chance at a healthy, safe life with all possible cognitive and intellectual development opportunities.

Aaj Ka Dhamaka (AKD) serves as one of the nation's largest intercollegiate South Asian dance competitions and provides the UNC and RTP community with the opportunity to experience South Asian culture. For over 20 years, AKD has brought over 400 dancers and 1000 show attendees from across the nation to Chapel Hill for the 2-day competition weekend, with the goal to raise money for the Mahatma Gandhi Fellowship.
