I translate business processes into clear documentation, such as use cases and workflow diagrams, and collaborate with technology teams to build customized solutions that improve the platform. I extract and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for process changes, as well as test cases to guarantee that implemented solutions are reliable and high-quality. In addition, I support change management activities by supporting user adoption of new processes, providing continuing training and support to HR teams, and developing functional specifications to align SuccessFactors Employee Central procedures with organizational needs. I also tweak the platform to match specific needs and conduct user acceptance testing to collect feedback for future improvements.
