As a part of Sr. Business Data Analyst my day to day responsibilities include:Prerequisites Gathering: Work with stakeholders to ensure that the business requirements for SuccessFactors HCM are in line with HR and business demands by gathering and documenting them.Documentation and Analysis: Examine corporate procedures and convert them into understandable written records. Create thorough use cases, workflow diagrams, and process models.Collaborating with technical teams, Solution Design optimizes platform use by designing and configuring customized solutions inside SuccessFactors HCM.Data Analysis: SuccessFactors HR data can be extracted, transformed, and analyzed to provide useful insights and suggest process enhancements.Testing and Quality Assurance: To make sure that implemented solutions are reliable and of high quality, create test cases and carry out extensive testing.Support end users and ease the adoption of new procedures and systems to help with change management projects.Support & Training: To guarantee the effective implementation of SuccessFactors HCM solutions, offer HR professionals and end users with continuous support and training.Ensure that the SuccessFactors HCM processes we design and create fit the needs of your business by creating functional specifications that are both new and existing.Configuration & Customization: Apply unique organizational requirements to SuccessFactors HCM.Perform User Acceptance Testing: Gather feedback for additional enhancements.
