I tender to client needs, payments, booking their appointments, and preparations for the service(s). Along with customer service, I handle money; keeping up with employee sales and tips. I also make sure inventory is up to date while working within the store. I also manage our social networking accounts on Facebook and website. I communicate with other businesses around the area to calibrate with them to promote deals and specials going on.

I manage a team of cashiers as the front line of customer service at our department sized store in Louisville KY. Along with management, I train new associates, handle money, handle customer relations, sales, store operations, and anything to do with money. I am part of the team that set up and prepare this Skechers outlet location for its grand opening at the Outlets Shoppes of the Bluegrass. Entrust and oversees responsibilities directed by my store manager, to a retail outlet staff of approx. 20 employees. I keep the merchandise stocked and up to date. Set up promotional displays and puts in order inventory of stock. I open and close the store regularly and with the help of the management, guarantee that banking deposits are finished day by day. I ensure my store is protected at closing. I am also entrusted to conduct interviews and hire employees as well as training them.

I worked in the Accessory department as a watch specialist. I had daily sales goals to reach each day. I fix watches and have up to date knowledge on modern watch brands and women's handbags. I also conducted some visual merchandising in my department. One of my monthly goals was to get at least four people approved to receive a credit card.
