Dr. Kuy is also an experienced board member, having served on the Board of Directors for the Patient Care Intervention Center, National Board of Medical Examiners and the Cambodian Health Professionals Association of America.With two decades of experience in the VA, beginning as a medical student, and continuing throughout her career as a resident, fellow, VA staff surgeon, VA Medical Center Associate Chief of Staff, Deputy Under Secretary and Advisor to the VA Secretary, Dr. Kuy is passionate about serving our nation's veterans.Dr. Kuy trained as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar at Yale, Presidential Leadership Scholar, Eisenhower Fellow, Kaiser Family Foundation Health Policy Scholar in the US Senate, American College of Surgeons Health Policy Scholar at Brandeis and Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow.
