At Drastic Drinks, I conducted in-depth research on regulatory requirements for entering both U.S. and Canadian markets. My work involved analyzing the processes for Health Canada and FDA approvals, exploring compliance aspects like product labeling, safety testing, and tax implications. I compiled comprehensive reports that offered clear insights into cross-border compliance, contributing to Drastic Drinks' expansion strategy with accurate and actionable information.

As the president, I was responsible for the general direction and oversight of all ASA activities and representing all the graduate students in aerospace engineering at UTIAS. I worked closely with other student body members to organize and promote social, athletic, and professional development events to improve the student experience and foster a sense of community and belonging at our remote campus. I advocated for the needs and interests of graduate students by working with the UTIAS administration and connecting the students to the broader university community and its resources.

Student professional development was advocated for through communications with organizations, UofT alums, academic researchers, and industry experts. Activities included launching the student seminar series, holding alumni career path and spotlight webinars, and distributing outside-UTIAS events during the pandemic. Speakers were invited from the Canadian Space Agency, Transport Canada, MDA, and SpaceRyde, to name a few, to facilitate networking and explore different opportunities for students.
