Our team specializes in designing, prototyping and scaling nanofiber materials using roll-to-roll manufacturing equipment located at our Baltimore, MD facility. Ran global R&D for Arkema's Fluoropolymers business unit with a team of over 40 researchers at multiple research centers (U.S., France, China and Japan) working on Kynar polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) synthesis, application development, production support, and PFAS phase out activities.Headed development programs for polymers commercialized in applications including: lithium ion batteries, membranes, fibers, oil & gas pipe, industrial coatings, wire jacketing, photovoltaics and biopharmaceutical systems. Coordinated the business units Stage-Gate project management system, participated as a member of the Business Leadership Team for global strategic planning, and led the Intellectual Property strategy team.

Managed three R&D teams (15-20 people) in the areas of: industrial coatings (Kynar 500), fuel cell materials development and powder coatings (Rilsan)

Led Arkema's worldwide technical support for the fluoropolymer coatings (Kynar 500) resin business and it's coatings formulation/testing laboratory.
