Helped with development to triple the size and manage a national award winning storage facility with over 2,000 units available for lease. Was active in taking the new expanded facility of 190,000 sq ft to 95% occupancy at the time of sale. Sold to a R.E.I.T. in 1998 at a cap rate of 9.5 which was unheard of for this asset class of commercial property at the time. The story of the sale appeared in the San Diego Daily Transcript on June 12, 1998 (VOL. 113 NO. 117).
