Steve Hatcher is Rizing’s Chief Customer Officer. He leads the Global Customer Success Office which is responsible for the development of Rizing’s overall customer success strategy across all lines of business globally. Steve previously served as co-CEO of Rizing’s Consumer Industries, leading the firm’s growth in the North American retail market over the past ten years.
